8:20 English (Tues/Thurs): Discussion on the importance of landscape through Bronte’s work
History (Mon/Wed): Final research on the impact of the sailboat in modern history—Maine, the US and the world
10:30 Math: Calculating various densities of sea water and graphically presenting the results
11:40 Lunch: Seafood chowder, mixed green salad and fresh homemade biscuits
12:20 French: Finish writing the French play to be performed in two weeks
1:30 Coastal Marine Ecology: Research team leaves at 3:00 to collect data at various Harraseeket River sites and returns to enter findings into database
Leadership Adventure: Team II heads out for afternoon sea kayak and team challenge.
6:00 Dinner: Vegetable and Chicken stir fry with rice, fruit salad, chocolate chip cookies (baked by the girls the night before!)
