Exercise is a vital part of our day. Along with the fun and pride that it can bring, it also provides students with the time to focus on their relationship to self as well as time for personal goal setting and community building. While daily activities vary, we believe that it’s important for young women to connect with their bodies in positive ways. Past routines have included yoga, zumba, ultimate frisbee, running, conditioning, quidditch, and soccer.

Many of our semester school students play team sports competitively at their sending schools. Due to the active nature of our semester courses and our daily exercise routines, our students return home fit and ready to contribute to their sending school athletic teams or other athletic activities.
